Do You Fear Change? Part 3 of 4

A good friend and colleague of mine, Brian Tracy has written a wonderful book entitled Change Your Thinking Change Your Life…

If you are suffering from the ‘What if game’ and can’t figure our how to change your life…

Pick this book up and digest it as quickly as possible.  Use it at your ‘back to life’ bible…

Another roadblock to success comes from those who are overly sensitive.  If you are overly sensitive, you will always fear change. Their sensitivity makes them unable to bear the outcome of unknown situations and this makes them afraid to change what they are used to.
I have had relationships with people like this and their manic fear based thinking is maddening!  It is insidious and makes even the healthy person in the relationship unhealthy if you don’t push for change and ultimately transformation! What is the difference between change and transformation in your mind?   Give this some thought before you read on…

I choose to think of change as being a temporary matter and transformation is permanent.  When it comes to the brighter side of life…I seek transformation first, often and always!  What will you seek today to rid yourself of useless repetitive fears?

I have read from the incredible writings of Stephen Hawking (life study in human behavior) that 87% of the world lives at a level of shame, guilt, negativity and weakness.  It is this type of destructive thinking that cripples the happiness and raises the fear in others.  I have also learned when Professor Hawking started studying those who lived at a higher level, he found some fascinating insights. Instead of a person who lived from a positive energy field simply negating someone on a lower energy field, there was a significant counter balance that took place.

These are the levels of existence that Professor Hawking identified one person who lives from a state of optimism, willingness and a decision to be non-judgmental counterbalances 90,000 who habitually live from a negative state of mind.  Can you say transformation at its best?  Read part four of this series to learn how to overcome fear of change and step into transformation.
